UK travel company closing down after plunging into liquidation – all holidays cancelled | Travel News | Travel

A travel firm that sold flight and hotel holiday packages for Europe and Southeast Asia destinations has gone into liquidation.

Regen Central Ltd lost its Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing (ATOL) on January 13 and has gone into liquidation, as shown by the Companies House website.

“Regen Central Ltd- ATOL 11020 has ceased trading as an ATOL holder on 13th January 2026,” the Civil Aviation Authority website said.

The message on the website also read: “The company based in London traded under the names One Haji and Umrah, Regen Travels and Oneworld Travels and website(s) regentravels.com, oneworld-travels.com and onehajjumrah.com.

“We understand the company had no outstanding ATOL protected bookings. Bookings sold as accommodation only, non-flight packages, and flight only bookings for which tickets were issued are not protected by the ATOL scheme.

“If you believe you are owed a refund for an ATOL protected booking, under Regen Central Ltd.’s ATOL, please contact us via email at claims@caa.co.uk.”

ATOL is a UK government-backed financial protection scheme when consumers book a package trip that includes a flight.

As reported by the Metro, other companies also ceased trading recently. Great Little Escapes, a Berkshire-based travel agent, ceased trading in June 2025. The company traded under the names Your Holidays, Great Little Escapes, Tunisia First and used four associated websites.

Elsewhere, Jetline Holiday ceased trading as an ATOL holder in March 2025, after Princess Cruises, Holland America Line and Cunard cancelled future bookings made through the company. New Era Travel, which operated trips to destinations such as Spain, Australia, and Las Vegas, also went into liquidation in November last year.

The Daily Express has contacted Regen Central Ltd for comment.
