A UK IT company has collapsed into administration after 30 years of experience within the industry. Ethos, which helps businesses improve their technology equipment, has been officially appointed as administrator. The Gazette published the notice on March 11, 2026, and noted Philip James Watkins and Philip Lewis Armstrong, both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, as the administrators.
According to Ethos’ website, the joint administrators that are now managing the company’s affairs, business and property were appointed joint administrators on March 3, 2026. It added that they “act as agents of the Company and without personal liability”.
