This year, the top spot for its Best of Best Beaches category was swiped by what the company described as having pink sands, turquoise waters, and perfect for not only adults but children as well.
Elafonissi Beach, located in southwestern Crete, is a national treasure renowned for its pink hue and calm waters. The beach, often branded as among the best in the world, is loved by travellers worldwide.
Its beauty is beyond what one could imagine. As TripAdvisor says: “Elafonissi Beach is just one of those places you have to see to believe,” and luckily, this month is the perfect time to visit.
Crete boasts temperatures of up to 30C in July, meaning sun-seeking travellers can spend their days lounging at the world-class beach while soaking up its splendour.
