Princess Eugenie’s son sparks fan frenzy as royal relative lookalike | Royal | News
Princess Eugenie surprised royal fans this week by posting a series of never-before-seen family photographs to mark her youngest son’s birthday. Prince Andrew’s daughter took to Instagram on Friday to mark her son Ernest’s second birthday.
As well as sharing photographs of the sweet toddler, who the family nickname Ernie, Eugenie, 35, also shared photographs of her husband Jack Brooksbank and their other son August, four. The photos showed the family enjoying a number of sweet moments together, including gardening, walks and family holidays.
Eugenie captioned the post: “Happy Birthday my darling Ernie. 2 today! And what an incredible two years it’s been. Always smiling, always laughing, always giving hugs and hello’s and making everyone happy. My golden boy, we love you!”
Since the post on Friday, royal fans have been sent into a frenzy as they believe the sweet royal toddler looks just like one royal relative – his mum.
Commenting on the post, one royal fan said: “Oh my, he’s really a mini Eugenie!”
A second said: “He’s the image of his mummy.”
Another fan wrote: “He’s so cute, a miniature version of his Mommy.”
Someone else commented: “He looks like his mum.”
While he is a royal, the young toddler and his older brother will live a much more private life than other members of the family.
This is because although Princess Eugenie is King Charles’ niece, she is not a working royal, giving her a much greater degree of privacy along with the rest of her family.
This means that both Eugenie’s children are only set to be in the royal spotlight on very few occasions such as the annual Christmas Day walkabout or massive royal events.
