Forget your 4K TV, there’s a game-changing new way to watch UK channels

There’s a new way to watch the telly and play games on a big screen and it will certainly please Xbox fans. Chinese tech giant Hisense has just announced the launch of its new projector which the company is boasting is ‘Designed for Xbox’. That stamp has been added thanks to the 4K Laser Smart Mini Projector C2 Ultra getting features such as Auto-Low Latency Mode, MEMC technology, and Game Mode which all make it perfect for endless hours of Call of Duty, Fortnite and Forza action.

It also gets a smooth and speedy refresh rate of up to 240 frames per second so racing games or a night of EA FC football fun won’t be ruined by horrid motion blur.

Of course, it’s not just about gaming with Hisense also claiming that its C2 Ultra will be perfect for a night of movie action as well.

It offers bright visuals along with image-boosting tech such as Dolby Vision plus it has IMAX Enhanced certification – that basically means the projector has been deemed capable of reaching a certain set of standards agreed by a committee at IMAX.

.Thanks to it being a projector rather than a physical screen, you can move it from room to room and beam an image onto any wall (or ceiling) in your home – there’s even a neat gimble-style design that allows you to easily adjust it for perfect alignment – so no more watching wonky movies.

To boost the sound, it gets an in-built speaker with 3D surround sound and there’s even a subwoofer inside which Hisense is boasting will deliver deep bass.

Speaking about the new product, Matthew Glynn, Go-To-Market Product Marketing Manager for Hisense UK, said: “The C2 Ultra is a true testament to Hisense’s commitment to own the laser projector space and we’re constantly finding ways to ensure our technology is continuously improving.

“Perfect for movie lovers and gamers alike, this model offers an unparalleled viewing experience, combining cutting-edge technology with superior performance to deliver vibrant visuals and immersive entertainment.”

Fancy giving it a go? Hisense says its C2 Ultra will be available across the UK from the 18th of October. Pricing is coming soon but don’t expect it to be cheap.
