Gaming’s best value subscription service has confirmed an exciting line-up of new additions over the next couple of weeks. Xbox Game Pass is pulling out all the stops once again — this time with a bumper list headlined by two major releases.

Microsoft has announced the highly-anticipated Football Manager 26 will join the service when it goes live on PC from Tuesday, November 4. It doesn’t end there either. The much hyped sequel to 2019’s monster hit, The Outer Worlds, will also be available to play on Xbox Game Pass from the day it hits store shelves on Wednesday, October 29. While they are easily the standouts, there are plenty more great games coming for subscribers.

It all began with the launch of Commandos: Origins which is available for Xbox and PC right now.

This gritty but stylish video game boasts real-time stealth tactics gameplay like no other, giving gamers the opportunity to combine strategy with a team full of unique and cool abilities.

Plus, you can even invite a friend over and delve deep into this slow-paced and challenging adventure with two-player co-op multiplayer.

Also added to Xbox Game Pass is Microsoft Flight Simulator. Perfect for anyone who wants to live out their dreams of being a pilot and set off on a true global adventure.

Who can forget, you can also compete against other pilots in various challenges and take your gaming journey to new heights.

Next is Powerwash Simulator 2 — available now — perfect for anyone with time to kill who has an unearthed passion for the mundane task of powerwashing properties.

“PowerWash Simulator is back, bubbling with fresh locations, soap-erior equipment and splashy features. Effortlessly transform soiled surroundings into clean, serene scenes, solo or with pals. Satisfaction is a spray away” reads the official description.

Bounty Star, an over-the-shoulder 3D action game that combines insane mech combat and customisation with farming and base building, has been added for Xbox and PC gamers.

Followed by the highly-rated Super Fantasy Kingdom (October 24 for PC) and Halls of Torment (October 28 for PC and Xbox).

And in case you missed it, Ninja Gaiden 4 has already been added to the Game Pass catalogue for PC and Xbox users, with the official game description reading: “The definitive ninja hack and slash franchise returns with Ninja Gaiden 4! Embark on a cutting-edge adventure where legacy meets innovation in this high-octane blend of style and no-holds-barred combat.”

Heroes of Might and Magic II: Gold Edition (PC) and Heroes of Might and Magic III: Complete Edition (PC) have also been added, while Jusant, Metal Slug Tactics, and Return to Monkey Island have been removed.

How it compares to PS Plus

Competitors PlayStation have bolstered its service in true Halloween fashion with the excellent Silent Hill 2 remake headlining the new additions.

It will be joined by fellow horror game Until Dawn, which has been updated for the PlayStation 5, along with Poppy Playtime: Volume 1, V Rising, Yakuza: Like A Dragon, As Dusk Falls and Wizard With a Gun.

PS Plus Premium gets just the one addition this time around, but luckily its the beloved Tekken 3.

PlayStation fans, however, must bid farewell to Ghostbusters: Spirit Unleashed, Tour de France 2023, The Last Clockwinder and Battlefield 1, which all are no longer available to stream via PS Plus.
