Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow palette for ‘any age’ is 20% off

If you’re anything like me, your favourite part of the festive season might also be the chance to glam it up, especially with so many dos on the horizon.

Charlotte Tilbury’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales might be over, but there are still some offers to be found on the brand’s website if you’re looking for some inspiration for your Christmas makeup looks. The deals include 20% off on an eyeshadow palette that the makeup artist herself demonstrated on This Morning earlier this week.

She showed viewers how to create her signature smoky cat-eye look using the Exagger-Eyes eyeshadow palette, which is currently down from £46 to £36.80.

This quad palette features an ivory-cream, rose-gold, red-brown and a transparent sparkle shade, which Charlotte says can be used to create the illusion of wider, brighter-looking eyes. She told viewers that the palette will “make any eye colour pop because it’s got a slight red undertone”. She added: “Everyone can look great in this, 18 to 80, using an eyeshadow and a small, fine brush.”

She went on to explain: “The whole point is to give you that effect without using an eyeliner. We’re only using an eyeshadow because it’s more forgiving and more blurring, we don’t want any harsh lines, because that closes up the eyes.”

Elaborating on the formula, Charlotte said the “one-swipe wonder” eyeshadows have a “powdery cream texture” that “doesn’t budge [or] drop”. She added: “People say to me ‘I’ve got lines on my eyelids’, but this is an emollient eyeshadow texture, you can literally swipe it across and it will smooth out any fine lines.”

Fans of the brand are praising the palette online, with one commenting on its versatility. They wrote: “I love this because it’s perfect for everyday and not too extreme. I can see myself wearing this for years to come. I think any age can wear these shades from young to mature.”

Another shopper loved how easy the palette is to use, saying: “I’m 62 with blonde hair, medium skin and blue eyes. I thought the colors would be more neutral, but I liked them. I got a compliment on my eyes the first time I wore them.

“I’m not a makeup genius, so I love the tutorials and the way the compact is set up: Steps 1, 2, 3 & 4! Some people like large palettes, but I like this because it’s foolproof. I hope this type of shadow will always be available. It’s expensive but the quality is excellent.”

A third reviewer said the shadows worked for her mature skin, saying: “I usually don’t wear much eye shadow over 50, but these colors are soft and easy to use. I love how my eyes look and it stays on all day.”

One potential downside to the shades included in the palette is that, according to some shoppers, they appear “more brown than expected” but this always depends on the wearer’s skin tone.

Other products featured in Charlotte’s demonstration were the her Airbrush Flawless finishing powder, the Lip Cheat lip liner in her trademark Pillow Talk shade, and the Plumpgasm lip gloss in a matching shade. She also used her Airbrush Flawless setting spray and an array of different makeup brushes. Everything she used can be found by clicking here, and all products have 20% off.
