Argos is selling this Fitbit at its ‘lowest ever’ Black Friday sale price
Black Friday has come and gone, but if you look closely you may notice that prices on some desirable tech have stayed discounted. That is true of this superb Fitbit deal from Argos, which is selling the Fitbit Inspire 3 for £59 – the exact same “lowest price ever” that it was on Black Friday.
Although the online shopping event of the year has come and gone for 2024, it’s not always the best time to pull the trigger on the latest and greatest consumer technology. The Boxing Day sales are still to come, and on this evidence, sale prices may stick around throughout the year.
The Fitbit Inspire 3 will give you amazing bang for your buck at £59, which is a solid £25.99 saving from its RRP of £84.99. It’s the simplest Fitbit you can buy, but it’s also stuffed full of features you’ll find on Fitbits that cost twice the price.
That simplicity wins out in its slim and subtle design. The tracker itself is black with a tall, thin colour display to quickly check the time, your steps, calories burned, heart rate and live information when you’re recording exercise such as a run or swim – yes, it’s fully waterproof.
You get a choice of black, orange or purple band to match your style, plus the Inspire 3 works with any Android phone or iPhone via the free Fitbit app. There are a few features locked behind the Fitbit Premium paywall, which is a £7.99 per month subscription but fear not, as most of your data and insights are available if you decide not to pay up.
Perhaps best of all is the incredible 10-day battery life. That means you can wear the Fitbit 24/7 to collect all your health and fitness data and not worry about plugging it in to charge during the course of the week. The only thing really missing for this price is built-in GPS, so you just need to remember to take your phone with you when you want to record a run route. Otherwise, the functionality here is very impressive considering it’s just £59.
This dinky device can even monitor your skin temperature and blood oxygen levels for a full overview of your health. Keeping an eye on these metrics is sometimes a clue to whether you’re run down or getting ill.
We’re not sure how long Argos is offering this “lowest price ever” on the Fitbit Inspire 3 but it’s proof that retailers will often discount tech all year round, not just on Black Friday.
