Amazon is back with another sale event, and it’s good news for anyone looking to take delivery of a brand-new Kindle. The online retailer has cut prices across a whole range of its e-readers, including money off its very latest model, which now costs just £74.99 – that’s a whopping 21 per cent off the usual price. Amazon says that this deal is selling fast and that’s not surprising considering what you get for your money.

The Amazon Kindle is the firm’s lightest and most compact device to date. Not only is it ultra portable, but it features a glare-free display, fast page turns and even a front light for reading at night. There’s also long battery life, 16GB of storage and it’s available in a striking Matcha colour. Amazon is even running a deal that includes three months of Kindle Unlimited – with access to over a million books – for free.

This isn’t the only Kindle on offer in Amazon’s sale. The company has also cut the cost of its impressive Kindle Colorsoft, which features a 7-inch colour display.

It also gets 8 weeks of battery life and a waterproof design, making it perfect for a read in the bath.

Finally, there’s a deal on the ultimate Kindle Scribe. This device features a huge 10.2-inch glare-free display, fast processor and the ability to scribble on the screen using the supplied stylus.

This makes it more than just a way to read books with owners able to make notes, annotate documents and even convert handwritten copy into fully editable text.

The Kindle Scribe usually costs a whopping £379.99, but that price has been reduced to just £254.99 – that’s a 33 per cent saving.
