PS Plus February 2026 Extra games – Star Wars Outlaws favourite with Rise of the Ronin | Gaming | Entertainment
After a January line-up containing games like Resident Evil Village and Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth, fans will be hoping for a similarly strong selection of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games when the titles are announced later this week.
Assuming we don’t get any leaks, the next wave of PS Plus Extra and Premium games will be officially unveiled by Sony on the afternoon of February 11. The games will be available to download and play the following week.
As we count down to the big announcement by Sony, PS Plus subscribers have been attempting to predict the line-up ahead of schedule.
And it could be a good month for fans of the Star Wars franchise, because Star Wars Outlaws is the overwhelming favourite to join PlayStation Plus Extra in February.
Developed by Ubisoft, the action-packed Star Wars game features a bit of everything. You can explore the world in your Speeder, battle the Empire in aerial dogfights, complete missions using stealth, or go all-guns blazing against countless foes.
While the game had a few technical issues at launch, a steady stream of updates has gradually transformed Star Wars Outlaws into a fun adventure.
Another game with lots of picks in the monthly predictions thread on Reddit is Rise of the Ronin.
Developed by the team behind games such as Ninja Gaiden and Nioh, Rise of the Ronin challenges players to carve through enemies in a bid to save Japan.
Joining Star Wars Outlaws and Rise of the Ronin in the predictions thread are games like Atomic Heart, Persona 3 Reloaded and Atomfall.
Rebellion’s superb survival game Atomfall would be a fantastic pick for PS Plus Extra, especially with a couple of expansions for fans to purchase separately.
Fans also believe Sonic Superstars could make an appearance, alongside Avatar Frontiers of Pandora, Hades, Hi-Fi Rush, Pentiment.
One optimistic fan has even predicted Forza Horizon 5, which would certainly help to build hype for the upcoming sequel.
Life is Strange Double Exposure gets a few nods, as do games such as Hades, Lords of the Fallen and Squirrel with a Gun.
Funko Fusion seems like a sensible choice, as are first-party games like Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and Gran Turismo 7.
We’ll find out for sure when Sony makes the announcement on February 11, so check back then for confirmation.
