The Super Bowl streaker who disrupted the game between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots is no stranger to such antics. During the fourth quarter of the Seahawks’ 29-13 victory over the Patriots in Super Bowl LX, a shirtless man managed to invade the pitch and sprint across the field. The streaker was pursued by New England wide receiver Kyle Williams, members of the officiating team, and security personnel before being apprehended.
After several attempts, the man was finally subdued and escorted off the field. The streaker was later identified as Alex Gonzalez, a repeat offender. Two years earlier, Gonzalez, accompanied by Sebastian Riviera, had stormed the field during Super Bowl LVIII between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs. This time, Gonzalez, a day trader known for similar stunts, bore the message “Trade with Athena” along with his social media handle on his back. It seems that the streaker’s latest escapade was an attempt to promote his day trading persona.
Gonzalez frequently showcases his lavish lifestyle on his social media accounts, posting videos of luxury cars, high-end homes, and substantial profits.
Following his detention for the stunt in 2024, he turned to social media to update his followers and explain his decision to streak during the Super Bowl. “literally just paid $42,000 to go to jail,” he said at the time.
“One of my goals has always been to streak the Super Bowl. And I don’t want to be that guy, that I’m rich and I’m 50 years old and I’m like, ‘Damn, I wish I would’ve done that when I was younger.’ No. I did it now and I’ll do it again.”

Prior to his streaking career, Gonzalez earned his living working at Dunkin’ Donuts. Seeking a more glamorous lifestyle than the donut chain could offer, he turned to day trading, at one stage earning over $100,000 from a single session.
These days, Gonzalez utilises his platform to showcase his lifestyle, which regularly features multi-million-dollar properties and a collection of luxury cars.
Despite Gonzalez’s disruption, the remainder of the match proceeded smoothly as Sam Darnold and the Seahawks dominated the Patriots, taking advantage of Drake Maye’s errors. Darnold became the first Super Bowl-winning quarterback from the 2018 class, which also included Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Baker Mayfield, among numerous other talented signal callers.
Darnold concluded the match with 202 yards, completing 19 of his 38 attempts with one touchdown. Furthermore, Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker III delivered a highly impressive performance in his own right, with the star running back rushing for 134 yards on 26 carries.
Meanwhile, Maye saw out the match, connecting on 22 of his 37 passing attempts for 240 yards, throwing two touchdowns alongside two interceptions. He endured six sacks, falling just one short of the Super Bowl record.
