Virgin Media has just issued an important countdown, and anyone who is facing massive broadband bills each month might want to take note. For the past few weeks, Virgin has been offering huge money off some of its popular internet plans, with things starting from just £23.99 per month. Virgin says that the latest deals are off its ‘lowest ever’ prices, and it’s not just on broadband-only bundles. There are also massive cuts to full packages that include TV and Netflix as well, with things starting from just £34.99.

Virgin has even dropped the price of its ultimate Max Volt plan, which includes ludicrously quick 1Gbps download speeds, an O2 SIM plus over 230 channels, including Sky Sports and Cinema.

That feature-packed bundle is now priced at just £79.99 per month, which isn’t bad value considering what it includes.

There are some things to note about these offers. Firstly, you will have to sign up for a two-year contract. Then there’s the price increases, which will happen each April. Finally, be aware that when the contract ends, things will go up by a considerable amount, so make sure you are ready to cancel or renegotiate.

Of course, Virgin isn’t the only firm offering discounts. Sky has dropped the cost of its Glass TVs, with prices now starting from £4.25 per month.

London-based Community Fibre is also offering three months of access for free.
