Sussex fans call out 1 recent ‘unfair’ complaint about Meghan Markle | Royal | News
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were joined by their children for an outing in Los Angeles for their Archewell Foundation earlier this week. The family were pictured at Our Big Kitchen in Los Angeles, a community-run, non-denominational kitchen that prepares meals for those in need throughout Los Angeles.
Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, both sporting hats with the Our Big Kitchen logo, were even pictured getting stuck in by helping to prepare meals. Although many fans were delighted to see the couple joined by their children, some royal fans took to social media to voice their complaints over Meghan’s “lack of hygiene” over wearing her hair down whilst preparing food.
Taking to X, one fan commented: “No Meghan, no. TIE YOUR HAIR UP. No one should be volunteering in a public kitchen, chopping vegetables, baking cookies, serving up meals to the “needy” with long hair straggling into the food. Disgusting lack of hygiene and total lack of respect.”
Rushing to Meghan’s defence, one fan took to X to share various clips of the Prince and Princess of Wales’s engagements involving food.
One of the visits, which took place back in February, saw Princess Catherine join Prince William at Pontypridd Market in Wales.
Much like Meghan, Kate wore her hair down for the engagement – a move that sparked comments from supporters of the Sussexes.
The fan wrote: “I’ll like your opinion on this video of Kate preparing food with her hair down. She touching her hair with her bare hands and then she’s touching the food. Any thoughts?”
Another fan, alongside a few pictures from various engagements where Kate wore her hair styled down, added: “What like these you mean? Yeah I can see how fliching your hair behind your ears when handling food is a NO NO.”
Alongside a clip from engagement at the start of this year, another added: To the BM, derangers, and critics who are complaining and losing their minds because Meghan’s hair was down while she, Prince Harry, Archie, and Lilibet were volunteering at Our Big Kitchen with her hair down. Did you have anything to say about?”
A fourth added: “They are looking for anything, anything at all to use against her. Everything has to be perfect as long as it’s her. Meanwhile they are nowhere near good talk less of perfect. Ignoring them is the best decision Meghan has ever made. They are not worth her attention.”
