Amazon is often a go-to retailer if you’re looking to save money on a new gadget, but right now could be a better time than ever to shop there as the firm is running its Spring Deal Days sale event.

From March 10 to 11:59pm on March 16, the annual sale sees hundreds of items discounted, including some of the latest technology.

One of the best things about these discounts is, unlike Amazon Prime Day, you don’t have to be a Prime subscriber to get access to the savings.

Myself and technology editor Dave Snelling have been on the hunt for the best Deal Days deals, and we’ve picked out seven deals that you can’t afford to miss. I must say that so far it has not been a vintage year for this sale, with few genuinely great tech offers. Rest assured the ones we have found are the ones you need to know about.

Beats earbuds

FROM £59

If you’re in need of some pocketable headphones, every single pair of current-gen Beata earbuds is on sale, with prices starting at £59 for the Beats Solo Buds.

Whether you want long battery life, great noise cancellation or earhooks to keep them in place, there’s a Beats choice for every budget, with big savings to be had this week.

Amazon’s Fire TV Stick is always popular thanks to its ease of use, but it’s rarely as affordable as this. The 4K Select is the newest version of the media streamer, and at £25.99 it’s a no brainer.

Whether you want an easy way to log in to all your streaming apps and services or your TV doesn’t run apps without one, this Stick will do the job.

Apple AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation

NOW £139, WAS £169

My personal favourite AirPods ever are cheaper than ever, offering iPhone owners all-day comfort with the added benefit of noise cancellation. They’re not in-ear so they’re supremely wearable and easily flit between iPad and Mac too if you own those devices.

Audio is solid, while phone and video calls are much easier with these AirPods in your ears.

The Kindle Paperwhite is a premium e-reader with excellent build quality and display at a great price. The battery can last for up to 12 weeks and there’s a frontlight for reading at every hour of the day or night.

It’s a small step up from the cheapest Kindle, but the upgrades are worth it for voracious readers.

At just £249, the Nothing Phone 3a is the best smartphone deal in the Amazon spring sale. This price gets you 12GB RAM and 256GB storage in a phone with unique style, with customisable lights and a transparent back.

It’ll get Android updates until 2031, and although the cameras aren’t top tier, this is all the phone most people need at a price you can’t complain about.
